He exceeds my expectations every time I ask him for help with anything. I appreciate his knowledge and eagerness to please. He never makes me feel like my questions are dumb and he is so thoughtful. He ALWAYS goes out of his way to help me and research things. In this day, it’s often hard to find someone that just wants to help. I think we could all learn a lot from him!

They have always thought our guys were very professional and has done really great work, but Mike got some things working that haven’t been working for over a year and they are just beyond happy, now!
