The camera vendors walked our sites yesterday and began their design plans for the purpose of providing a quote. They were guided by the ‘Wish List’ maps that were provided from previous assessments by Principals and Lead Maintenance. As discussed at our camera stakeholder meeting on 10/25/18, once we receive the quotes, modifications may need to be made to pair down first phase costs. I have called references provided by the two companies and have received a decent amount of feedback. Both companies appear reputable, however there was more positive feedback in all of our priority areas in favor of World TeleCom. Staff feedback from the site visits also favored World TeleCom and that was across the district. In general World TeleCom asked pointed questions, made professional suggestions, appeared genuine and expressed an interest in our project. Thank You

I have known Uwe Zambrano for at least 15 years; we originally met through a Business Networking Group. My affiliation with this networking group allowed me to observe Uwe’s integrity and character in his personal and business dealings. I was impressed with his knowledge, and his honesty. I can’t say enough great things about this agency. – The staff is unbelievable friendly and knowledgeable. Glenn Von Voltinburg has assisted me personally with everything from my silly questions to coming to my aid when our Phone bill turned out to be incorrect. Our Crisis Line was not working as it should and Glenn put in many hours with the Phone Company to try to get it working properly. He even figured out a Band-Aid to make it work until the Phone Company finds a way to repair it.

The responsiveness from them regarding our system is unsurpassed. – It has been two months since we got our new phone system and although we are still figuring out the different features, the service and support from World Telecom is exceptional. What a gift and what a blessing you are to us and those we serve! – At your direction, we had Glenn out earlier this week for some phone system programming. All is well here and I just wanted to thank you personally and your team at World Telecom for your gracious support to YFC Shasta. Less dollars spent on repairs and service calls, the more we can spend for our primary function to this community in the service to the kids of our area. As I am sure you are aware, Shasta County is a beautiful place to live but not always an easy place to grown up with difficulties within the family unit and other socioeconomic challenges facing the youth of today. Your crew did a perfect job! I had many compliments from our staff on your crew as to their professionalism and courtesy. They worked around the staff and was a great experience. The wiring all looks very good too and I have patched all our users in and every jack works perfect. I cannot thank you enough. Your crew made me look good! He exceeds my expectations every time I ask him for help with anything. I appreciate his knowledge and eagerness to please. He never makes me feel like my questions are dumb and he is so thoughtful.
